The Gooch Bros. are back again, bringing everyone back to the Arts District for a great evening of music, snacks, and great brands.
Oh man. Nothing like two (nearly) back to back events filled with meat and negronis. LA had its hands full of menswear this past weekend!
“Fuck Jetlag” was what I exclaimed on the way to a party at the Wellema Hat Co, which was literally the day after I came back from Japan. It was worth being extremely sleepy by the end of the event; it was a bunch of fun and a great way to mark my return to the States.
I also stayed up editing these pictures, so I hate myself.
No April Fools joke this year. Just another event recap where we took Drake’s new collection, catch up with Chris, and take some weird-ass pictures.
Then again, I don’t know what else you expected.
It’s as if Fate knocked on my door and told me that almost every one of my weekends in 2019 would be booked for some event. Luckily, I ain’t tired.
We never tire of events here in SoCal, especially since we’re so starved when compared to all the other fashion capitals of the world. As February is finally here, it means that it’s time for our favorite (and perhaps only) trade show: Inspiration LA.
Two Dapper Day events in a row and we aren’t tired yet! This time we get a chance to don evening wear, actually go into the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and enjoy some great music!
For the first time, we go to a LACMA x Dapper Day event in the evening. It was certainly a great way to end the first month of 2019!
Long story short, these events just get better and better. You need to join us!
A few weekends ago, we went to the PTO Holiday Market and spent the evening in Little Tokyo.
Honestly, these posts are just an excuse to show off some silly photography of the LA menswear scene. But you like that, don’t you?
After the success of our NYC Trip, Spencer and I found ourselves wanting to do another one before the year was over. With what little vacation time we had, we booked a trip to SF and made a little adventure out of it. Unlike Seattle, this was basically a menswear trip! Only three days, but hey, we love packing our days full.
We’ve been to the Bay Area before (and even once before that), but I think we’ve evolved enough to make it a completely different experience now. We had so many friends, colleagues, and stores to meet! Read More
